BEAVER DAM - Kids dodging raindrops on the walk home from school Tuesday afternoon will likely be dredging through snow drifts on Wednesday.

Sharon Anderson stopped to shop on Front Street in Beaver Dam armed with her umbrella.

"I guess we'll take the rain and whatever God gives us," she said. "First, I came through the fog. Then, I went through the downpour. Then, it cleared up again. Whatever you want to say, it's there."

Vic Dickinson and his co-worker put up snow fencing outside the John Deere plant in Horicon.

"We're just out repairing it for another blast tomorrow," Dickinson said. "It's kind of nice to be out here fixing it instead of being out here when it's freezing."

Snow on Dodge County farm fields melted so fast it produced a fog-like steam.

Ice fishing shanties sat on the shore while rain hit Beaver Dam Lake.

"I think it's terrible. I hate it. I'd rather have snow," said Beaver Dam resident Troy Laue.

There is a Wednesday winter storm warning for Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan and Dodge Counties.
