Winter Storm Watch Jan. 30 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for Sheboygan County, Fond du Lac County, Dodge County.

For the warning in Milwaukee County, the National Weather Service said the area should expect rain that will likely change over to snow between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. Wednesday. The snow will then linger through the day. The heaviest snow will be during the late morning and early afternoon hours.

The National Weather Service expects two to four inches of snow by late Wednesday. The combination of snow and blowing snow will cause slippery roads and greatly reduced visibilities.

A winter storm warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet and ice are expected or occurring. Strong winds are also possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
