The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for clouds and flurries the rest of Friday after Thursday night's 1-2 inches of snow across the area. Despite the clouds, highs will be in the mid 20s, but wind chills remain in the teens with a westerly wind up to 20 mph.
The sky clears out tonight and lows will drop into the single digits with wind chills of -5 to -10 by morning. High pressure will create a very nice Saturday with sunshine, calm wind and highs in the low to mid 20s. Clouds increase Saturday night with the next storm system approaching from the west and lows will be in the teens.
Sunday will be cloudy and mild with highs in the mid 30s. The precipitation moves in midday Sunday as snow with about an inch of accumulation before changing to sleet, freezing rain and rain as temperatures warm up. Roads could get slick Sunday evening with the freezing rain. Monday will have some rain with highs in the lower 40s, and more rain is likely on Tuesday with highs getting close to 50. The cold front Tuesday night will bring the chill back for the rest of the week with highs in the teens and lows near 0.
