Teacher charged with possession of child porn nearly 7 months after being arrested

BROWN DEER - A Brown Deer man has been charged after being arrested more than six months ago on charges of child porn. The original arrest came after a teacher at the school where he worked said she discovered pictures on his iPhone, after a student alerted her to them.

She recognized the phone as one belonging to Louie Flowers, 39 of Brown Deer, the lead teacher at the school. When he returned to school that day, he was arrested.

Flowers admitted to owning the photos as well as other materials found on his home computer, and said he is "more of a voyeur than anything else," according to the criminal complaint.

Flowers was arrested on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
