A judge has frozen former doctor Mark Benson's assets. Benson is accused of being high on perscription drugs and causing a fatal car wreck.

The wreck killed Oconomowoc Associate Principal Jennifer Bukosky, her daughter and her unborn daughter.

Bukosky's husband is suing Benson for wrongful death. Attorneys wanted to ensure Benson would not be able to unload assets to hide them from the court.

Friday's court order does allow Benson's wife and children to continue spending money for living expenses, although those costs are likely to be highly scrutinized.
