A six-year-old boy is in critical condition at Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa after he was run over at a gas station in Sheboygan.

Police say the boy was with his parents at the gas station. Somehow the boy ran out in front of a car that was being driven by a 16-year-old.

The 16-year-old couldn't stop in time and ran over the boy with a front tire.

At happened at a Kwik Trip on south Business Drive on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the case is still under investigation.
