WAUKESHA - A big splash in downtown Waukesha Friday night. A car ended up in the Fox River.
It happened about 11:30 at Riverfront Plaza and Barstow Street.
Crews got the driver out of the car, he was ok, but arrested for drunk driving.
It took about an hour to get the car out of the river.
