Email threat made to Wilmot High School, classes not canceled
The Kenosha Sheriff's Department is reporting that a threat was made Wednesday to Wilmot High School.
According to Sgt. Bill Bath with the department, the threat was made through email and came in just before 2:15 p.m. and said that "something" would happen that afternoon. School staff searched the building but found nothing.
The Kenosha County Bomb Squad was notified, but not called to the school. According to Bath, the building was evacuated, but classes were not canceled.
