Related Coverage: Bukosky's Father Calls for Change to Keep Repeat Drunk Drivers Off the Road

The family of Jennifer Bukosky, who was killed along with her unborn child and 10 year-old daughter Courtney Bella in a car crash last month, has filed a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit against Mark Benson.  He has already been charged with three counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle in their deaths.

Bukosky's son Zachary and family friend Deborah Gibbs were injured in the crash, and the Gibbs family is also a plaintiff in the suit against Benson, who has also been charged with two counts of causing injury while operating while intoxicated.
