Half-brother of autistic man faces charges in his death
MADISON, Wis. - The half-brother of a disabled Dane County man who was tortured and killed last summer has been returned to Wisconsin to face charges.
The governor of Washington state agreed to allow for 27 year old Jeffrey Vogelsberg to be returned, despite Vogelsberg's efforts to fight extradition from Pierce County, Washington.
Vogelsberg was booked into the Dane County Jail late Friday on charges of first-degree intentional homicide and being party to the crime of hiding a corpse.
Vogelsberg allegedly repeatedly tortured 27 year old Matthew Graville, an autistic man, who died in July.
Vogelsberg is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
