Funeral for murdered police officer is today
BROOKFIELD - Governor Scott Walker and Wauwatosa Mayor Kathleen Ehley are among mourners who attended the funeral Saturday afternoon at Elmbrook Church for a murdered Wauwatosa police officer.
Jen Sebena was shot five times Christmas Eve. Sebena's husband Ben is now charged with her death. He was arrested after being questioned by police. Police found the guns used to kill officer sebena inside their home.
The public was allowed to attend visitation from 9 a.m. to noon at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield Saturday.
Funeral services followed the visitation, which included the singing of Amazing Grace and Bible reading of Psalm 23.
Officer Sebena was to get full honors as a fallen officer. That would include a flag-draped coffin and the playing of Taps.
