Salt trucks are out in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - The City of Milwaukee has salt trucks out this morning to keep the roads clear as light snow falls.
There are reports of slick roads all over southeast Wisconsin.
"We have 90 salt trucks out on the roads. We are salting our main roads at this time so they'll be good to go for the morning rush hour," said DPW spokeswoman Sandy Rusch Walton.
Walton says the salt should work really well today because the temperature is right around 32. "Salt does its job very well in temperatures like this," Walton said.
