SPOONER - A police officer saves a baby in northwest Wisconsin.
It happened in Spooner, which is just off Highway 70. The baby's mother had just placed the child in a shopping cart when it accidentally rolled away and down a hill.
The officer on patrol noticed it and jumped into action.
The baby is doing fine.
