Long wait for snow brought fun in Menomonee Falls
MENOMONEE FALLS - After a day of drenching rain, snow finally fell in Menomonee Falls late Thursday afternoon, and kids there got to enjoy it.
Snow was flying sideways during the 5:00 p.m. hour.
At that point, about two inches had fallen.
That was perfect for children who wanted to enjoy winter weather they had not experienced since March.
"I like to make snowmen," said a girl who enjoyed the snow, in a conversation with TODAY'S TMJ4's Annie Scholz.
"I'm really excited to play in it."
