GREEN BAY - Blake Seidl's day began with a happy birthday song from his classmates at Jackson Elementary in Manitowoc. "They think it's really cool that I’m turning 12 on December 12, 2012,” Blake said.
It's a unique golden birthday for the Packers fan who drew attention for this YouTube video rapping about Aaron Rodgers.
Blake spent the afternoon at Curly's Pub in Lambeau with lunch and games. Blake's mom Rachel says it's the perfect way to celebrate.
"It' so cool that he's a Packers fan, he loves Aaron Rodgers, they can share his day, he wrote an awesome rap about it, Aaron saw it, it's making his dreams come true, he's so happy,” said Blake’s mom Rachel Seidl.
Blake's 6th grade teacher says Blake has a lot in common with the Packers signal caller.
"He's one of those kids who always works hard, does his best tries his best and if in any situation he gets knocked down he just bounces right up with a smile and keeps going,” said Jackson Elementary teacher Jody Henseler.
It was a memorable day for a once in a lifetime birthday celebration.
