KENOSHA - A tightknit community in Kenosha County is mourning the loss of a 16 year-old girl.
Casey Petricek died after she lost control of her car on Highway 142 in Kenosha County and hit a van Friday night.
"Any time you have a sudden death like this; it's shock, it's sadness," Westosha Central High School principal Lisa Albrecht said.
Dozens of students wore green, Casey's favorite color, as they honored her memory in school Monday.
"They wanted to make sure that Casey's friends felt comfortable in getting the help they need to deal with Casey's loss," Albrecht added.
