SLINGER - It seems to happen every year, the first snow leads to a number of crashes as we forget how to drive in the snow. Several inches of snow fell Sunday to the north and west, leading to a number of car accidents.
TODAY'S TMJ4 Reporter Todd Hicks found four in a short period of time while driving along Highway 41. There was one near the Beaver Dam exit, one near the Hartford exit, another near Slinger and yet another closer to Germantown.
All the crashes were spin outs with the vehicles ending up in the ditch. Roads in Washington County were slippery through most of the day.
