WAUKESHA - The victim of a domestic violence incident has been found safe at a relative's home, authorities said Wednesday.

Police arrested Fay Shaw's husband, 58-year-old Kelly Shaw, following a tactical situation Wednesday morning.

According to police, officers responded to a call at about 6:15 a.m. about an incident on the 3000 block of East View Drive.

Kelly allegedly had threatened to shoot police in the past.

Officers went to the address, but could not reach Fay or the suspect in person or by phone.

Police say Fay did not report to work on Wednesday.

Tactical units and armored vehicles then came to the scene.

Kelley turned himself in, but police say he has been uncooperative.

Officers found Fay Shaw at a family member's home in Pewaukee.  She was not injured and was in good condition.  According to police, she left her house Tuesday night because she felt threatened.
