MILWAUKEE - If you hit a turkey burnout this holiday weekend, here are two restaurants keeping things clean in the kitchen.  These spots get this week's Blue Ribbon Awards.

- Noodles & Company at the corner of South Moorland Road and West National Avenue in New Berlin

The kitchen gets ready early for the lunch rush.  From prep to finish, they're cleaning.

"It's definitely a clean as you go program," General Manager Ryan Traynor tells us.  He's proud of his employees and hopes their dedication shows.

"There are thousands of other restaurants out there; we try to go above and beyond to make the guest's experience that much better."

For a spotless health inspection, this Noodles & Company gets our first Blue Ribbon Award.

- Cafe Hollander, on North Downer Avenue in Milwaukee

With an extensive beer menu, and food to match, these folks are diligent about cleaning.

"Throughout the day we're continously watching and cleaning.  Our bar is completely diligent of it, as well as our kitchen, with a separate cleaning list and charts that they have to fill out before they leave for the day," General Manager Ileana Rivera explained.

She expects nothing but a clean health inspection.

Cafe Hollander had five in a row, and for that they get our second Blue Ribbon Award.
