MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee County District Attorney's office has formally charged a man with three counts of fourth degree sexual assault.
Duane Joseph Fish is accused of groping a woman last week as she ran along the Oak Leaf Trail in Milwaukee.
Police opened an investigation and discovered two other recent incidents, one this past weekend and another in October.
Fish's charges are misdemeanors, each carrying a maximum penalty of 9 months behind bars and steep fines.
According to the criminal complaint, fish admits to grabbing girls and blames his conduct on alcohol.
