Boy shoots himself in leg in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - A 16-year-old boy was recovering Thursday morning after he shot himself in the leg.
The shooting happened at 5:30 Wednesday night.
Police told Newsradio 620 WTMJ late Thursday morning that the shooting happened on the 8100 block of West Lancaster Avenue, two blocks south of Villard Avenue.
Authorities have contacted us through social media to say the shooting was self-inflicted.
They say he is 15 years old. He could face criminal charges.
