Missing woman with dementia found, believed to be unharmed
MILWAUKEE- The Milwaukee Police Department says a woman who suffers from dementia has been found and is believed to be unharmed.
Police say Elaine A. Roskos had last been seen at the Wisconsin Humane Society, 4500 W Bluemound Rd, at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday.
According to a spokeswoman, officers found Roskos at about 8:40 a.m. Thursday near the corner of North 14th and West Vliet Streets.
She went to a local hospital and was described as very cold, but she is believed to be OK.
