Operator: "911. What's your emergency?"
Mother: "Somebody come get my kids out the house. My house is on fire."
Operator: "Your house is on fire?"
Mother: "Yes, 1916 Linden Avenue. They crying like crazy. I can't get my kids out."
The house did not have electricity for more than a month prior to the fire.
