RIVER HILLS - Crews had to shut down I-43 southbound after a seven-vehicle crash Tuesday morning.

The crash happened at about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday on I-43 at the Brown Deer Road southbound ramp.

One lane was re-opened at about 7:20 a.m.

Milwaukee County Sheriff's Spokeswoman Fran McLaughlin tells Newsradio 620 WTMJ's Jay Sorgi that no one was hurt.

A possible alternate route includes taking I-43 to Mequon Road, then going south on Port Washington Road.
