FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- A 24-year-old man accused of drunken driving and killing a couple in Fond du Lac County has been ordered to stand trial.

Daniel Shea waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

Seventy-three-year-old Paul Grahl and his 59-year-old wife Joanna Grahl, of the town of Eden, were killed when Shea allegedly crossed the center line Sept. 13.
