Court for suspect in deadly Papa John's shooting
MILWAUKEE - A manager of a Papa John's was expected in court Wednesday for the deadly shooting of one of his employees.
Mark Frazier faces a charge of first-degree reckless homicide.
The shooting happened at a Papa John's location near the corner of South 27th Street and West Morgan Avenue earlier in October.
Police say he was showing his gun to Joseph Griffin, 24, when the gun went off.
A bullet hit Griffin in the chest and killed him.
Police said it appeared to be an accident.
Frazier faces up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted.
