RACINE - A woman from Racine faces accusations of theft and endangering the safety of her eight-month-old baby.
Police say that Leah Goodman stole something from Walmart and was running through the parking lot with the baby.
They almost got hit by an SUV.
Police say she also threw the baby into the front seat of her car and took off.
