Family of paralyzed boy rallies against distracted driving
MILWAUKEE - The family of a child paralyzed by a distracted driver held a rally yesterday, their second annual.
Xavier Davis-Bilbo was just five years old when he received a lifetime injury by a driver who was texting at the time of the accident.
Xavier's mother, Valetta Bradford, says she wants to bring awareness to the dangers of distracted driving, and she'd like to see stronger penalties for those who do it.
