Nebraska man pleads guilty to sex assault of Lake Geneva girl
LAKE GENEVA - A 22 year-old man from Nebraska faces decades in prison after pleading guilty Friday to sexually assaulting a 13 year-old girl from Lake Geneva.
Jacob Cambridge met the girl online and the pair were found at a Elkhorn motel last December. The man admitted to having sexual contact with the girl.
After Cambridge was identified, an Amber Alert was issued for the teenager.
Cambridge pleaded guilty to a felony charge of second-degree sexual assualt of a child. He faces up to 40 years imprisonment.
He will be sentenced on December 17.
