Suspect faces court in Milwaukee wrong-way OWI case

MILWAUKEE - On a day when Milwaukee County was set to announce a new system to help curb wrong-way driving, a suspect in such a case was to face a courtroom Tuesday.
Police say that Erin Salmon, 23, was driving drunk when her vehicle struck an off-duty Milwaukee Police officer's vehicle in a wrong-way crash on I-94 in September.
Both Salmon and the officer are recovering.
