UW-Madison union catches fire
MADISON - Firefighters spent Monday morning battling a fire at a major gathering place on the University of Wisconsin campus.
WTMJ partner station WIBA Radio in Madison says that the roof of the UW-Madison Memorial Union caught fire Monday.
According to the station, crews knocked down the fire in 15 minutes.
The university said that people were being allowed back into the building.
There was no initial word on any injuries or a cause.
