MILWAUKEE - A teenager from Milwaukee, accused of a deadly drunk driving hit-and-run crash, was expected to return to court on Thursday.
Kelly Duke was to have one final pre-trial hearing before his trial on Monday.
Duke faces accusations of driving drunk with a suspended license near the corner of North 27th and St. Paul Street on New Years' Day 2012.
He then allegedly caused the crash that killed Ed and Jean Thaves before reportedly leaving the scene.
