Small transport firms say they're being squeezed by LogistiCare

Mom-and-pop transportation companies across Wisconsin say the state's new transportation dispatch service is squeezing them out of business with lowball contracts that take away their profits and force them to pay their drivers minimum wage while customers get worse service.
