MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police said Tuesday that a deadly shooting at a south side strip mall was unintentional.

They arrested 22-year-old Mark Frazier after the shooting at the Papa John's Pizza at South 27th and West Ohio Streets.

Joseph Griffin, 24, was shot and killed after police believe Frazier was showing him a gun which discharged.  Griffin was shot in the chest.

Frazier's sisters insist their brother is a stand up guy who worked his way up to general manager at the 27th Street store.  They want the public to know this was an accident.

"This is really a tragic, tragic thing that happened -- losing Mark and his best friend.  The whole thing is hitting both families," said Frazier's sisters.  "He's not a person that carries guns."

The shooting happened just after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday.

No word yet on what charges Frazier may face.  Papa John's has not responded for a comment to this story.
