MILWAUKEE - Chilly temperatures will kick of this Sunday morning as a frost advisory was issued for the overnight hours for most of southeastern Wisconsin. A cool start leads to temperatures roughly ten degrees below average for September, highs will top out just below 60 degrees. It won't be quite as windy as Saturday and with mostly sunny skies, today will be the better day out of the weekend.
Another cold night is on tap for Waukesha and inland as temperatures drop close to freezing yet again away from Lake Michigan. More frost is expected and a frost advisory may once again be issued for the overnight hours.
Winds swing around from the south for Monday and while they will be breezy, they will help temperatures climb back to 70 degrees. Tuesday will be another day with sunshine and 70s but the wind will not be as strong. A cold front moves southward on Tuesday night, ushering 60s back into the forecast but overnight low temperatures stay more moderate, in the low 50s and upper 40s.
