Bain Capital bus tour is coming to Wisconsin
JANESVILLE, Wis. - The Bain Capital bus tour arrives in Wisconsin Sunday, with employees who say they know first-hand why Mitt Romney is not a good fit for Washington.
Many of those riding the bus come from Sensata, a Bain-owned manufacturing plant in Freeport, Illinois, that's scheduled to close at the end of the year.
Sensata employees say right now, Chinese replacements are being trained, and that they have pleaded with Romney to intercede, and he has not.
They claim Bain Capital makes money by buying up companies and then loading them with debt, reducing worker salaries and benefits and shipping jobs overseas.
The bus will be in Janesville at 3:00 Sunday afternoon, and in Milwaukee on Tuesday.
