Wis. woman's unborn child killed in fire

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The family of a woman who lost three sons in a house fire says her unborn child also died after she was hurt trying to rescue the boys.

Seven-year-old Allen Wand; 5-year-old Jeffrey Wand; and 3-year-old Joseph Wand died in the fire Friday morning in Argyle. The children's father, Armin Wand III, and his brother, Jeremy Wand, have been taken into custody on suspicion of arson.

Barbara Wand, the children's grandmother, tells the Wisconsin State Journal bit.ly/RHF1Kt that the boys' mother, Sharon Wand, tried to enter the house to save the children but a beam fell on her, killing her unborn child.

Charges against Armin Wand III and Jeremy Wand are expected Tuesday. Their family says investigators have got it all wrong.
