Motorcyclist killed in South Milwaukee crash
SOUTH MILWAUKEE - A sad Sunday morning in South Milwaukee.
"Screaming, really chilling," a neighbor says.
"It was the driver of the vehicle in the accident and he was screaming for help. Help me. Help me. Someone call 911 please. Help us."
South Milwaukee Police say a car struck a motorcycle near 15th and Parkway just before 7:30 a.m. Sunday. The motorcyclist was killed.
The collision turned a yard in South Milwaukee in a crash site with debris in the street.
"It's the same kind of motorcyle I ride," neighbor Bill Fabinski says. "Motorcycle versus car, car wins. I don't know what a helmet would do for you in something like that."
The driver of the car is cooperating with authorities.
The victim was a 34-year-old man from St. Francis.
His name has not been released yet.
The investigation is ongoing.
