GREEN BAY - Vice President Joe Biden will speak at a campaign stop the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay Sunday afternoon.
The event, which is scheduled to begin at 3:10 p.m., is sold out.
Biden is touring battleground states ahead of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC starting Tuesday.
