WEST ALLIS- A 36-year-old Milwaukee man is accused of crashing an SUV into three vehicles and striking two people after leaving a West Allis bar over the weekend.

Investigators say Damon James Edward Howard caused those collisions outside Danny's Lounge near S. 60th St and W. Burnham St early Saturday morning.

Howard has been charged with two felony counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and three misdemeanor counts of striking an occupied or attended vehicle.

Another person had a firearm and reportedly fired shots at that SUV after the collisions.  The district attorney's office said that charges are pending against the person that fired those shots.

No one was seriously hurt during that incident.

Meanwhile, TODAY'S TMJ4 reports that Danny's Lounge is under the microscope after a crowd reportedly got loud and rowdy early Wednesday morning.

"Our officers had done walk-throughs there because the crowd was probably loud and it was a large crowd," said West Allis Deputy Police Chief Charles Padgett.

People who live near the bar told TODAY'S TMJ4 they want the something done about these recent incidents.
