RACINE - The Racine County Sheriff's Department said that a semi truck blocked all the eastbound lanes of a state highway early Friday morning.

The crash happened at about 11:20 p.m. Thursday night on State Highway 83 near McHenry Street in Burlington.

Authorities found the tractor in the median of the road and the trailer blocking the lanes.

A 45-year-old man from Burlington was driving the truck.  He is an employee of Veteran's Truck Line.

He was not injured, but he was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

The highway was re-opened by 4:30 a.m. Friday.
