Deadly two-semi crash shuts down I-94 in western Wisconsin
MENOMONIE, Wis. (AP) -- A section of Interstate 94 near Menomonie has been reopened following a fatal crash.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says two semis collided in the westbound lanes of I-94 about 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Troopers say one semi rear-ended the other, causing a fire. One driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver wasn't seriously hurt.
WEAU-TV (http://bit.ly/NarwlO ) says the crash shut down westbound I-94 for about five hours.
