Pedestrian struck, killed in West Allis

WEST ALLIS - A 47-year-old man is dead after he was struck by a vehicle while standing in the road near S. 70th St. and W. Greenfield Ave. on Tuesday morning, authorities said.
TODAY'S TMJ4 photojournalist Mark Wirtz took photographs showing front-end damage on a van, with a tent in front of it.
The driver is said to be cooperating with officers, police said.
The victim is from West Allis. His name is not being released at this time.
