MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police said that a 33-year-old man was in critical condition Tuesday morning after being shot on the city's northwest side.
Police arrested his girlfriend at the crime scene after the shooting.
It happened at about 11:00 p.m. Monday night in an apartment building on West Hampton Avenue, just east of Mayfair Road.
Police say the shooting happened during an argument with his girlfriend, who is 31 years old.
He was taken to a Milwaukee-area hospital.
