2nd person in Tomahawk mill accident has died
TOMAHAWK, Wis. (AP) -- The second person injured in an accident at a Tomahawk area packaging plant has died.
Lincoln County authorities say 29-year-old Dustin Dean Hale died over the weekend at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn.
Hale and 47-year-old Dennis Gougeon suffered severe burns when fly ash ignited at the Packaging Corp. of America plant July 17. Gougeon died shortly after the accident.
WSAW-TV (http://bit.ly/P8SkCL ) says the Michigan men were contractors at the mill. They were working for Inland Systems, an industrial cleaning company from Ontonagon, Mich.
