WAUKESHA- A teenager is charged with defacing two Waukesha schools with hateful graffiti.

The graffiti included profanity, threats against police, and satanic messages.  It was all caught on tape, with a twist -- it appears the culprit was well aware of that.

Police say the person flipping off the cameras in surveillance video is 18-year-old Sean Litzau.  They say the video also shows him spray painting vulgar graffiti on Waukesha North High School and Summit View Elementary back in April.

He was charged this week with four misdemeanors -- two counts of graffiti and two counts of criminal damage to property.

The graffiti included a large cross with "666" "f*** the police".

Even though it's been months, you can still see the discoloration on the walls where the graffiti was.

TODAY'S TMJ4 went to Litzau's house to get his side of the story.  He wasn't home.

Police say Litzau admitted to his role in this.  In fact, they say he told them he would have done more, but he ran out of paint.
