Kenosha police: Missing elderly man found safely

KENOSHA- A 79-year-old man with Alzheimer's and diabetes that went missing around noon Monday has been located safely.
Kenosha police released a statement at 6:20 p.m. Monday saying Richard Willard is fine and has been transported to a local hospital to be checked out.
Authorities had been searching for Willard since he went missing around noon near his residence in the 1400 block of 22nd Street.
