MILWAUKEE-  A fired probationary Milwaukee police officer will stand trial, accused of aiding/harboring a felon during a Milwaukee police investigation, according to online court records.

Danielle Scott is accused of helping four men in connection to the carjacking and deadly shooting of Russell Setum back in April.

According to this criminal complaint, Scott did not help the Milwaukee Police Department in the murder investigation -- instead her loyalty was with her child's father, Nicholas Smith.

Scott pleaded not guilty Thursday and waived her preliminary hearing.

If convicted she could face up to 3 years in prison.
