GREENFIELD, Wis. - Greenfield police responding to a call for a well-being check Saturday morning discovered the body of a 37 year old woman.
The woman was found in a home in the 44-hundred block of West Morgan and investigators say she had visible injuries that appeared to be from a stabbing.
A 38 year old man is in police custody.
Police would not confirm the relationship of the two, but neighbors tell Today's TMJ4 that the man was the victim's live-in boyfriend.
Neighbors say they saw the two outside their home Friday night having what they describe as a normal conversation.
The woman's name was being withheld Saturday evening, pending notification of family and friends.
