Family with infant escapes fire that burned down Racine home
RACINE - The Racine Fire Department says that a family with an infant escaped a house fire late Sunday night.
The fire happened on the 1500 block of May Street at about 9:00 p.m.
According to a news release, fire came from out of two sides of the home when they arrived.
No one was injured. The Red Cross was assisting the family.
The home was said to be a total loss. Investigators were looking into the cause.
